FAQ
ThunderRider power stations can charge a wide range of devices — from smartphones, tablets, and laptops to drones, mini fridges, CPAP machines, and even small appliances, depending on the model’s output capacity.
It depends on the model and charging method. For example, using AC wall charging, most units can fully recharge within 4–6 hours. Some models also support solar charging and car charging options.
Most ThunderRider power stations exceed the airline battery capacity limit (typically 100Wh–160Wh) and cannot be brought on planes. However, our W75 portable power station is specially designed with a battery capacity within airline-approved limits, making it safe for carry-on air travel.
Always check with your airline for specific lithium battery policies before flying.
Our power stations include multiple safety protections, such as over-voltage protection, short circuit protection, overheat protection, and smart battery management systems (BMS) to ensure safe operation in any scenario.
Yes, we offer a 24-month limited warranty on all ThunderRider power stations. Please keep your order number and contact our support team for assistance.
